Q) I have more than one child being photographed – may I use one check to pay for all of my children?
A) Yes, you may use one check to pay for all of your children. Please make a note on each form letting us know which form has the payment and the names of each child being paid with a single check.

Q) May I have my children pose together?
A) Yes, we offer Buddy Photos for just this reason!  Your child may have their photo taken with a sibling, mom or dad or with their best friend!

Q) Do I have to pay on the day of the shoot?
A) Yes, payment is due on photo day. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Q) May I call you with my order or mail it in at a later date?

A) If it is necessary to order at a later time, it has to be within 2 days of the shoot. At that time, the images are sent to the lab for processing, and the prices will increase with an additional processing fee and a shipping and handling fee will be added to the order.

Q) What if I cannot be there the day of the photo shoot?
A) If there are enough teams interested, we can schedule a picture day make-up date – contact us for details.

Q) What if I have a problem with my order?
