Picture Days

We have 2 goals when setting up a Picture Day for a league – make it as fast and efficient as possible for the teams (we are talking 7-15 minutes per team depending on the schedule!), and make sure the quality of photographs is as high as possible (after all – we feel that we create memories as much as we create photographs).

We do many things to ensure these goals are met…

-  We setup tents to control harsh sun light and shadows

-  We supplement with additional lighting to ensure images are not dark or flat

-  We use high quality digital SLR cameras, lenses and lighting

-  We streamline the entire ordering process – envelopes are distributed 1-2 weeks before the shoot, and if all parents have the forms filled out, we have a very efficient process for getting players photographed – we have photographed an entire team (individual and team images) in 6.5 minutes!

-  We don’t send one person to shoot a league – most Picture Days are worked by a team of 3-5 people to make sure there are enough photographers to efficiently photograph and team members to collect envelopes and answer any questions.
